Applicable Law and Disputes Disputes should primarily be resolved through discussion with GoFetch customer service.
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with GoFetch customer service, you as a customer can contact ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN Box 174 101 23 Stockholm) for more information at www.arn.se. You can also submit a complaint online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute mediation at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. When submitting a complaint through this platform, your case is automatically forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution body, which will then contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute without court involvement.
In the event of a dispute, GoFetch follows the decision of ARN or the equivalent dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and resolved as stated above or, as a last resort, by a general court.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law, except for mandatory provisions of Swedish law and applicable EU directives.
Right of Withdrawal As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the E-Commerce Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:

Contact GoFetch customer service at info@gofetchstore.com to notify us of your withdrawal.

Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

You will receive a return shipping label via email.

Return the item(s) in unused condition, in original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Please note:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened dietary supplements or hygiene products for health and safety reasons.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Purchases An order is considered confirmed when GoFetch sends an order confirmation via email. In the event of any errors, we reserve the right to correct them afterward.
Delivery Delays If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. We always do our best to fulfill customer orders.
Shipping and Returns All our packages are shipped via a courier and can be picked up at the nearest service point. If GoFetch has sent you the wrong item or if there is an issue with your item, we will cover the shipping costs. Please contact our customer service to receive a return shipping label before sending the item back to us. All our returns and exchanges are completely free of charge. The return shipping label will be sent to your email address.
Risk During Transport We take responsibility for any damage to an item from our warehouse to you. However, you assume the risk when returning items to us. If your item is damaged, please contact our customer service and describe the issue.
Complaints If you discover a defect in your product and want to file a complaint, always contact our customer service. Send a message containing your order number and a description of the defect, and we will assist you with the process.
Warranty The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you are welcome to contact our customer service, and we will try to find a suitable solution. The need for dietary supplements is highly individual, so results cannot be guaranteed for all individuals. Please research the supplements you intend to purchase to ensure they meet your needs. Products are used at your own risk.
Payment We accept card payments, invoices, installment payments, advance payments via Klarna, and payments via Swish.

Age Requirement The minimum age for mail-order purchases is 18 years. If you are under 18, parental approval is required. We do not have a system to automatically block purchases by minors, but if an issue arises, the 30-day return policy will apply.
Cookies Cookies may be stored on your computer when you place an order on our website. However, we do NOT use cookies to store personal information about you.
Publishing Errors In case of pricing errors or text inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct prices and texts on our website afterward. We also reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, currency fluctuations, shipping costs, stock changes, or technical errors in the webshop.
Newsletter via SMS and Email All customers who shop at gofetch.com will automatically subscribe to GoFetch's newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe, there is a link in each newsletter to opt out. If you need assistance unsubscribing, please contact our customer service. You also agree to receive an email requesting a review of your purchase.
Unclaimed Packages For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right under Section 41 of the Consumer Purchase Act to charge you for return shipping and handling costs. A minimum fee of 299 SEK will be charged for unclaimed packages. Packages remain at the pickup location for seven days before being returned to us.
Unpaid Invoices We invoice all our customers via Klarna. When choosing to pay by invoice, you accept Klarna's terms and conditions. Please contact Klarna with any questions regarding your invoice.
Fraudulent Orders All our orders are IP-logged. Fraudulent orders and attempted fraud will be reported to the police.
Order Changes and Cancellations To change or cancel an order, please contact GoFetch customer service.
Acceptance of Terms By clicking "Confirm Order" or "Complete Purchase" on www.gofetch.com, you accept our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy.
